We are New Zealand’s first law firm specialising exclusively in independent workplace investigations. We are experts in what we do, because this is all we do.

Since we commenced in 2019, we have completed over 90 investigations and reviews for a range of organisations, from listed companies to charitable entities. We have experience across various sectors including banking, education, retail, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, non-profit and the public sector. We have worked alongside external counsel for these organisations in completing our investigations, including the employment partners and associates at many of New Zealand’s largest law firms.

We are based in Auckland, however we conduct investigations and reviews throughout New Zealand. We can travel to conduct interviews onsite, or we can conduct interviews remotely via Zoom or Teams. We ensure all investigations are conducted with efficiency, fairness and empathy to minimise the impact on your employees and your organisation as a whole.

We have a network of other experienced investigators, including barristers and QCs, whose advice we draw on when procedural or other issues arise.

We are members Associate of Workplace Investigators and active members of the Auckland Circle of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators.
