Sally specialises in workplace investigations and reviews. She has investigated bullying and harassment complaints, and has carried out comprehensive workplace reviews resulting in positive culture change. She is committed to helping organisations be the best they can be.
Sally’s litigation experience, strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills make her a highly effective investigator and reviewer.
Sally has worked at leading law firms in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and as an in-house solicitor.
Sophie Gladwell

Sophie has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations and reviews. As a trained investigator, she has both technical expertise and a human approach that provides a unique skill set for undertaking independent processes within organisations.
She aims to work with skill, efficiency and empathy to minimise the impact of the process on the the people involved and the organisation.
Prior to founding Scovell & Co in 2018, Sophie worked for one of New Zealand’s leading law firms and subsequently for a number of boutique firms,
Sophie has completed the Association of Workplace Investigators Training Institute and is a Certificate Holder.
